ECMO Cannulation

Participants will learn and practice neonatal ECMO cannulation techniques using a cervical approach. Also they will gain expertise in percutaneous ECMO cannulation, with or without ultrasound guidance.

 

Using the Seldinger technique, participants will practice inserting cannulas into peripheral femoral or jugular access points.
